HIGH PERFORMANCE_
A top-level environment designed to put innovation at the heart of everything that happens.
DAT Alierta offers more than just a physical space; it provides a complete ecosystem of state-of-the-art services and infrastructure, designed to accelerate growth, foster collaboration, and attract top talent. Every element of the park, from its digital connectivity to its green spaces, is designed to maximise your company’s potential and ensure an exceptional work environment. Explore the components that make DAT Alierta the perfect foundation for your success.
Infrastructure and environment: the foundations of tomorrow.
At the core of DAT Alierta is its digital infrastructure which is designed for the future. The park boasts its own optic fibre infrastructure and high-capacity telecommunications networks, ensuring robust, secure, low-latency connectivity, essential for technology-based companies, data centres, and R&D institutions. This infrastructure is aligned with Zaragoza’s Smart City Strategy, designed for intelligent data management and interoperability among all ecosystem stakeholders.
The park is designed as a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) and integrates seamlessly into Zaragoza’s mobility network. We promote clean, efficient transportation with:
- Public transport: direct connections between the tram and multiple urban bus lines.
- Soft mobility: a comprehensive network of cycle paths and Bizi public bicycle sharing service stations, connecting the park with residential neighbourhoods and the city centre.
- Ready for the future: the design of the perimeter road and internal spaces are prepared for the future integration of self-driving vehicles and other smart mobility solutions.
Nature is a structural part of the park. DAT Alierta is structured around an ecological corridor that connects Zaragoza’s Green Belt to the El Rabal irrigation channel, integrating the topography through terraces that facilitate the transition of the terrain. The use of low-maintenance native vegetation and green roofs reduces ambient temperatures, mitigates the heat island effect, and improves the energy efficiency of the park as a whole. This approach makes the park a model of sustainable urban planning that interacts with its surroundings.
DAT Alierta is able to accommodate projects of any size. The master plan includes 30 hectares available for new developments, with a total area of 158,000 m² of mixed use for business development. We offer flexible development models to adapt to your strategic needs:
- Rental of space in office buildings promoted by the Government of Aragon.
- Transfer of land rights for 75 years for the construction of corporate headquarters.
- Direct sale of land for large-scale projects.
