2. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

At the IAF, we process the information provided by data subjects to manage the various activities arising from specific procedures carried out within the framework of the Datalierta project. The purposes are detailed below:

  • Query and contact management:Respond to and manage queries, requests for information, comments or suggestions received through the contact form or emaildesarrollo@datalierta.com.
  • Sending informative communications:Send newsletters, news, event invitations, and other communications related to the development of the Alierta Technology District, its opportunities, and activities, provided we have your explicit consent.
  • Event management:Process registration and participation in conferences, workshops, seminars, or other events organized or promoted within the framework of the Datalierta project.
  • Promotion and encouragement:Manage a database of companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals interested in joining the Datalierta ecosystem, in order to fulfill our mission of economic development.

3. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for processing your data varies depending on the purpose:

  • For thequery management and event management, the legal basis is theconsent of the interested party(art. 6.1.a of the GDPR) that you grant us by filling out the corresponding form and checking the acceptance box.
  • For himsending informative communications, the legal basis is theexplicit consent of the interested party (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR and art. 21 of the LSSI-EC).
  • For the activities ofpromotion and developmentof the district, the legal basis is thefulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest(art. 6.1.e of the GDPR), derived from the powers attributed to the IAF by its regulatory regulations.

4. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The personal data provided will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • The data ofconsultationsThey will be kept until the final resolution of the same and, subsequently, during the legal limitation periods.
  • The data for thesending communicationsThey will be kept as long as you do not request their deletion or revoke your consent.
  • The data ofevent registrationThey will be kept during the event and the subsequent legal deadlines.

5. TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

As a general rule, the IAF will not share your personal data with third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so (for example, to competent courts, tribunals, or public authorities).

We may share your data with providers who provide services to us as Data Processors (e.g., web hosting services, email marketing platforms), with whom we have entered into corresponding contracts that guarantee compliance with data protection regulations.

6. ARE INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS CARRIED OUT?

International data transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area are not planned. If this becomes necessary in the future, they will be carried out with appropriate safeguards and with prior notice to the data subject.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the IAF is processing personal data concerning them. As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Withdraw consentprovided at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
