DGA and Zaragoza join forces with DAT Alierta
The Government of Aragon and the Zaragoza City Council have signed a collaboration agreement through which roadways, services, and infrastructure are transferred to the Aragonese capital, which will now be responsible for mobility in the surrounding area.
The start of these works marks the transition from planning to the actual execution of the project.
In this first phase, the works will focus primarily on site preparation, including conditioning and adaptation tasks for the plot where the future complex will be built. These interventions will lay the foundation for the subsequent development of the project.
The Goal: To Turn Zaragoza into a Magnet for Tech Companies and Innovation

DAT Alierta is conceived as a major technological hub designed to attract companies, talent, and investment, with the aim of strengthening Zaragoza’s position within the innovation ecosystem. The project will combine business spaces, service zones, and areas adapted to the new needs of the technology sector.
The execution schedule is planned progressively, with different phases to be developed over the coming years. With the start of these initial works, the project begins to take shape, marking a key step toward its future consolidation.
